How do I work?
As a coach, I listen to you - always without judgment. I ask questions to encourage deeper reflection, helping you uncover your potential and understand what might be holding you back. This process may involve exploring your past to gain insights that empower you in the present. With a systemic view, I draw from a diverse range of coaching tools and psychological insights to enhance your self-awareness and support you in making meaningful changes in your life.

Common Questions
How long is a trajectory?
This depends very much on you and the topic you would like to work on. Most trajectories last around 6 to 8 sessions, but shorter and longer trajectories are also possible.
How long is one session?
My standard sessions last 90 minutes. I offer 60 minute sessions upon request and for less in depth check ins.
How can I be sure of the quality of this coaching?
In the Netherlands, the term "coach" and “counsellor” isn't legally protected, meaning that anyone can technically call themselves a coach. However, I have completed a certified two-year coaching and counselling education at the Academy for Coaching & Counselling and am certified by the Dutch professional association for coaches and supervisors (LVSC). I am trained in a variety of methodologies, including non-violent communication, positive psychology, transactional analysis, and family constellations, among others. Currently I am following a specialism in sex education and couples counselling with the teach love training of the German Akademie für psychologischen Wissenstransfer. In addition to my formal training, I have five years of experience coaching students, individual clients, and groups. What is the difference between coaching and counselling?
Coaching and counselling are closely linked and complementary. Counselling dives into the past, helping to uncover and resolve any underlying patterns, while coaching focuses on how to move forward and make positive changes for the future. I combine both approaches to make sure that anything from the past that might be holding you back is addressed, so you can confidently work on creating the future you want.
When are you available?
I offer coaching on weekdays and weekends, as well as during the day and some evenings. Just send me a message and I am sure we can find a time slot asap.
What languages do you coach in?
In German and English.
Where are you located?
I offer in-person sessions at my practice in the old Brandweer building in the city center of Maastricht.
