International Women’s Day Circle
Breath · Movement · Sharing · Celebration · Connection
On Sunday March 8th, we gather in an intimate circle of women to celebrate womanhood in all its depth, strength and softness.
This evening is a space to breathe together, move together, share stories and honour what it means to be a woman in this world. A space for female power. For vulnerability. For joy. For connection.
What to expect
We begin by arriving. Softly. Intentionally. Together.
Through breath, gentle guidance, ritual and shared presence, we open a space where stories can be spoken and felt — stories about strength, resilience, beauty and the layered experience of being a woman in today’s world.
Throughout the evening, breath and body will guide us. There will be space for reflection, for connection, for expression. Moments of stillness and moments of movement. Moments of depth and moments of celebration.
You are invited to show up as you are — and to leave feeling more connected to yourself and to each other.
This circle is for Women and those who identify as women who feel called to:
connect more deeply to their body
celebrate feminine strength
experience sisterhood and shared reflection
move, breathe and feel in a safe and intimate space
