The Intimacy Cafe - Pride Edition

The Intimacy Cafe

A monthly gathering for open, honest conversations about intimacy and sexuality.

In a fast-paced world and especially in an international city, where people come and go, it can be hard to find the kind of deep, meaningful conversations we truly long for.
We scroll, connect, and date, yet many of us still feel a quiet sense of disconnection from ourselves and from others.

Sex and intimacy are everywhere, and seemingly everything is allowed. Yet many people feel confused about what they actually want, what feels right for them, or how to talk about it.
Between the pressure to be “liberal and open” and the fear of being judged or too much, it’s easy to feel lost.

The Intimacy Cafe is a monthly space to slow down and talk about these things — honestly, without shame or pretence.
Together we explore themes around intimacy, sexuality, relationships, and connection. Each session includes a short guided reflection, a few gentle prompts, and open sharing. You’re welcome to speak or simply listen.

This one will be special as it is part of Pride Maastricht. This means we will have a queer outdoor intimacy cafe as part of the pride celebrations.

Come as you are — curious, unsure, reflective, or just wanting to connect.
You might leave feeling a little lighter, more seen, and reminded that you’re not alone.

Let’s talk about intimacy — because connection starts with conversation.

A place where something is allowed to start moving. Where words slowly begin to take shape. Where people, even if only for a moment, feel less alone in what they are experiencing. And perhaps that is enough.

“Klara is a wonderful host and facilitator who creates a very welcoming space for some much-needed exchange about love, sex and intimacy. There was a lot of attention to detail to make the room as cozy as possible and I had a wonderful time talking with the other participants. Highly recommended!”
